• Payments: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland). Your card never passes through our servers.
• Emails: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris).
• Technical error reports: Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), with data in the European Union region.

Personal data and cookies

What we collect, why, for how long, and your rights: see the privacy policy. The website sets a single cookie, strictly necessary for the account area (ak_session, 6 months); the app uses none.

Intellectual property

The website, the app, their content (inventory of concepts, meanings, translations, examples, audio recordings), the database and the "Akapulco" trademark are protected by intellectual property law and by the rights of database producers. Any reproduction or extraction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited. The example sentences taken from the Tatoeba project are published under the Creative Commons CC BY 2.0 FR licence, with due attribution to their authors.
